Delivery

We dispatch UK shipments on a fortnightly basis. Please see our delivery calendar for upcoming dispatch dates.

Larger and more fragile pieces are delivered by private courier. You will be contacted by telephone prior to delivery to confirm your delivery time slot. As standard, we send a single-driver who will offer assistance moving heavier items. Quotes for dedicated or two-man delivery are available on request. We ask that you please double-check all measurements to ensure that there is suitable access to your property.

Smaller items may be dispatched with domestic UK parcel and pallet services. We take care to package items securely and use professional, insured couriers to ensure they arrive safely at your door. We will provide any available tracking facilities to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery quotes to mainland UK are available on each listing and will be added at checkout. Delivery quotes to Channel Islands, Eire, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland are available on request.

International

We regularly organise international shipments to all corners of the globe.

Smaller items are dispatched using parcel services, whilst larger and more fragile orders will be crated and shipped using pallet services.

We take care to package items securely and use professional, insured couriers to ensure that they arrive safely at your door. We will provide tracking information to your email once your order has been dispatched.
